We perform an analysis and thorough assesment of your company’s financial health, growth metrics, market position and management to determine the core of your business.

Input

We provide input based on our findings and suggest changes and implementations accordingly.

Investment

After our due diligence process is completed, we will enter into an agreement for an initial investment into your company.

Enhancement

We work closely together to enhance and evolve your company and ultimately preparing it for an exit, whether it being an IPO or a company sale.

    Cereno Scientific is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing innovative, effective and safe treatments for rare and common cardiovascular diseases with high unmet medical needs.

    Vaxxa
    Ticker: VAXXA

    Vaxxa is an auction site based in Sweden, aimed towards individuals and companies who want to buy and sell objects such as vehicles and heavy machineries. Vaxxa is Sweden's only auction platform where the combination of auction brokers and a self-service platform is offered.

    Terranet
    Ticker: TERRNT B

    Terranet focuses primarily on the development of BlincVision, a system for advanced driver assistance for motorized vehicles, based on three-dimensional image analysis. BlincVision complements currently available ADAS technologies such as radar, lidar and cameras in dense urban environments where margins are very small.

    Electronordic’s goal is for you as a customer to find what you are looking for, at great prices with fast delivery.

    Electronordic sources, markets and sells consumer products through their own webshops and various marketplaces in the Nordic regions.

    Social Assets Intl. AB

    Social creates concepts, sources products and establishes logistics and fulfillment solutions for online shops.

    Sale of goods takes place
    through already established brands where Social and the counterparty agree on a certain profit distribution.

    Social's primary task is to find products that fit into a brand's current product mix, visualize concepts and establish contact with factories and logistics partners based on the counterparty's needs.
